You deserve to live a satisfying life and make choices based on your desires-not your fears.

By working with me privately, we can work deeper and faster to master the tools that rebuild your sense of safety, create boundaries, and strengthen your autonomy. Eli and I are looking forward to hearing from you.

“Autonomy is the art of choosing what works for you based on your own needs and values.”

Step one: Six week focus on managing the SNS

When you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or panic attacks, it’s easy to feel isolated. Many women suffer in silence, afraid that no one will understand what they’re going through or feel that it is a weakness that they can’t show. I did that for a while, but it wasn’t sustainable and it caused me a lot of additional suffering doing it alone.

I can give you the personalized support, tools, and education that will help you master your stress response so that you can rebuild your autonomy, speak your truth with more confidence, and feel more comfortable in stressful situations.

Over the course of six weeks, I will help you:

Uncover your thought patterns.

Fight-or-flight reactions can be triggered by a variety of things, big and small, real or imagined. We will work together to identify the thoughts, emotions, and events that cause your anxiety to spiral out of control so that you can begin to move through your fear.

Create a healthy stress response.

Overthinking feeds anxiety and makes it worse. To disrupt the cycle, you need to get down into your body. I will help you recognize what’s happening in your nervous system during a fight-or-flight reaction and retrain your brain’s response to stress, so you can become confident in your ability to manage whatever life throws at you.

Start building your stress management tool kit.

I teach many different techniques for managing stress, including meditation, somatic work, sound work and trauma training to release stored stress in the body. Together we’ll figure out what works best for you based on your experiences, beliefs, and behavior patterns to create a customized combination of healing tools.

Balance the essentials and build autonomy.

Managing your sleep, digestion, and elimination will increase your mental and physical capacity to manage stress. I will help you build simple and sustainable daily routines to balance these essentials and take the pressure off your nervous system.

Feel seen, heard, and understood.

Our sessions will always be a safe space free of judgment, pressure, or shaming. I know how hard it is when you are suffering in silence and pretending “I’m fine.” Anxiety can feel profoundly isolating, but you do not have to feel alone in this. I will work through it with you every step of the way.

Step two: Moving Forward

After stabilizing the SNS, we transition into uncovering the foundation of your truths, values, and strengths that have been set aside. We then move forward into the belief systems and patterns that have been on auto-pilot, so that you continue to build on your autonomy, setting healthy boundaries, and creating goals. Next, we address guilt, shame, attachment to outcomes, and unrealistic expectations attached to deeper levels of beliefs. I make it a point to move forward without creating additional conflict that could stimulate the SNS, so it is baby steps sometimes, but forward movement. This work can last as long as you prefer. Many women work with me for extended periods because once they start releasing these negative beliefs, they want to keep growing and evolving.

Step three: Maintenance Program

I offer monthly maintenance sessions to help you stay on track and give you a safe space to discuss any new concerns or conflicts that may come up.

Everyone has had different life experiences, so I will meet you where you are at in your healing journey as you define where you want to go.
