Retrain your brain to break the cycle of anxiety in just six weeks.
You can master your thoughts, emotions, and actions, which will change your experience with stress and anxiety forever—by learning how to manage your sympathetic nervous system (SNS). I specialize in customized one-on-one private coaching, but also offer the options of self-paced or group online courses that share my method with you.
Stress and anxiety may show up in many different ways.
You may experience:
a racing heartbeat, dizziness, sweaty palms, and dry mouth
feeling unsafe even when in familiar situations
feeling overwhelmed and chronic fatigue
a lack of motivation and joy
trouble falling or staying asleep
difficulty concentrating or brain fog
uncertainty when making decisions or rumination of possible outcomes
negative thoughts or an intense feeling of doom
The stress of modern life can cause our anxiety to spin out of control, leading to panic attacks, feeling overwhelmed, and burnout—and no one teaches us how to manage this.

While you can’t control most of what you experience day-to-day, you can learn how to manage your body’s reaction to stress.
The way that you react to a stress trigger can fuel your anxiety and make you feel worse.
I can teach you how to develop a healthier stress response, so you can begin to:
Reduce your physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety
Find a sense of security during challenging moments and new situations
Feel more confident in your leadership and decision-making

I can teach you how to manage your sympathetic nervous system. In doing so, you can become aware of your thoughts and emotions that stimulate a stress reaction. Then, we can retrain your brain to move through the anxiety and back to a rest and recovery state. This is how you reclaim your sense of safety to experience the full, emotionally balanced, and satisfying life you deserve.
How do I know so much about the SNS and how can that benefit you?
In 2007, I was thrown from my horse and broke my neck at cervical 5 and 6. I couldn’t feel my arms for two months. In a split second, my previous life came to a halt and was replaced with excruciating pain and acute anxiety.
Having trauma to my spinal cord put me in the front row of the classroom. I witnessed every day how my sympathetic nervous system was reacting or responding to my pain, fears, thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. In honor of my healing journey, I want to help others dealing with chronic stress and acute anxiety.

I offer private virtual coaching that allows you to work with me from your home. Whether you work with me in private coaching or online courses, you will receive the same method that has worked for my private clients. Each option is based on the level of personal engagement that you prefer.
Over the course of 6 weeks, I will help you:
understand what happens in your nervous system during a fight-or-flight reaction, also known as the SNS, or survival mode
identify your unique expectations and beliefs that trigger your anxiety
master effective stress management techniques that you can use for the rest of your life
create a daily routine that reduces the pressure on your nervous system by balancing your essential actions of sleep, digestion, and elimination
My clients report that after my six-week private coaching sessions they are able to manage their stress without spiraling into an anxiety attack.
No matter how severe or frequent your symptoms, you can master your reaction to stress and create a life that feels safe!

Being triggered by a stressful thought, emotion, or event activates your sympathetic nervous system (SNS), the system responsible for your flight-or-flight reaction.
